Fundamental Cremation Service
• Funeral service in chapel at crematorium or venue of your choice, followed by
cremation.
• Our caring team will provide you with options available to personalise the funeral service, complete the legal documentation, and arrange and coordinate the funeral service.
• We will arrange the cremation permit necessary and request an official death
certificate from Births Deaths and Marriages.
• We will transfer your loved one into our care and carefully prepare them for cremation.
• Inclusion of the Fundamental — a standard size, unstained, flat lid particleboard coffin
• Single rose or flower of choice
