Before the service
- Prompt and personal attention at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Transfer of your loved one into our care
- Personal consultation with the family regarding arrangements for the funeral service
- Collection of medical certificates and documents required for lodgements for Births Deaths and Marriages
- Embalming by qualified personnel (if required)
